At The Cove, we've dedicated ourselves to designing a one-of-a-kind curriculum that inspires the creative, imaginative and critical thinking skills of every child while instilling a lifelong love for the arts. Erin Paris - Bio
Erin Paris was born and raised in sunny Southern California and comes from a family of artists and musicians. Two years ago, she and her husband were blessed with a beautiful baby girl. Milla is the center of their lives. Erin has been an educator with San Diego Unified School District for the past 10 years and is proud of the academic and creative gains her students have made. She is a graduate of San Diego State University where she majored in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing. Other than spending time with her family and friends, her passions in life are traveling and surfing. She loves experiencing the beauty of other cultures while immersing herself in the different lifestyles. Although she has traveled all over the world, she is always happy to return to her home in Encinitas.
Jennifer Trevino - Bio
Jennifer Trevino’s passion has always been working with children and educating young minds in academics, arts and technology. Jennifer has an extensive background in the field of education most recently teaching discovery learning at The Grauer School. Her resume includes teaching art, computers, math, Spanish, history, physical education, special education and study skills to students’ pre-school aged up through high school. Jennifer grew up in the North suburbs of Chicago and received her B.A. in Political Science from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Jennifer then moved to sunny California where she completed her credential in elementary education. In 2005, Jennifer met her husband Juan, a child therapist and hockey coach, and the two were married in 2007. Jennifer enjoys being a new mom to Emmy, age 2, and loves living in Cardiff by the Sea, California.
Marietta Ellis - Bio
Marietta Ellis is an accomplished Design Manager with more than 20 years experience in automotive interior, interior design, product design, seat design and decoration projects mostly in the corporate and commercial sector. She is also an accomplished fine artist and sculptor. Ellis earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from the College of Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan, a Master Degree in Business from Central Michigan University, and an Executive Management Degree from Kellogg College in Chicago, Illinois.
